Mindset Coaching with Natalie is a 3 month process, covering the following:-

  • Determining what makes you care so much, by identifying the true hidden depths behind your feelings and healing the route cause in order to release this emotional trigger.
  • Acknowledging your own participation in attracting this negativity through reevaluating your mindset, energy, behaviour, dialogue with self and others, etc… alongside being 100% honest with yourself.
  • Establishing your personal values in order to quantify the relevance of their views on you, vs your opinions of yourself.
  • Recognising the factors that you can and cannot change, in order to take responsibility for the handling of your feelings.
  • Defining the lessons learned overall and revealing the positive message from the negative.
  • Using this experience to empower yourself.

Your time spent with Natalie is conducted in the following way:-

  • 1 x 90 minute opening call (on a Wednesday) to get straight into working through your emotional trigger.
  • This 1-1 coaching program gives you daily access to Natalie from Tuesday to Friday via a private communication space, for deep dive coaching questions and guidance throughout the duration of you both working together.
  • You will be provided with personalised journal prompts to assist with some of the coaching and self reflection.
  • 2 x 90 minute check in calls at the end of the first and second month. The perfect time to reflect over the changes you are making to your thoughts and behaviours.
  • 1 x 120 minute closing call at the end of your 3 months with Natalie, for you to establish your own tailor made continued development plan.

How can Natalie’s style of coaching benefit you and produce transformational results?

  • Natalie’s works with a small number of 1:1 coaching clients to ensure she is available to support you. This allows her to focus on both asking you carefully considered questions and answering your responses with thought provoking feedback.
  • Mindset Coaching via private chat and journaling, allows you to have the time to fully digest the questions Natalie asks you. Giving you the necessary space to think about your response, before answering. This is essential for the type of work Natalie will be doing with you, because the questions she poses are going to require you to dig deep within yourself, in order for you to respond sincerely.
  • You have daily private chat access to Natalie, meaning she can literally work with you on every day she has specified as a working day during the whole 3 month period. This is actually more contact than what you would get in most face to face or video call coaching.
  • This type of coaching is also perfect if you love to reflect over your responses, since all of the messages will work off a single chain. You also automatically create a record of your personal transformation throughout the entire process.
  • Working with Natalie lasts far beyond the coaching itself. You can take everything you do during your 3 months together, into your day to day life for years to come.
